These packages include crew sizes and equipment tailored to small offices with a focus on rolling goods to and from the truck as most offices don’t have stairs. Services can be scheduled for day or night to fit any time frame. Our office is experienced in handling all pre-move logistics to coordinate a smooth transition for any of your companies needs.

Equipment and tools are included to prepare standard large items for transit. These packages are specialized for offices ranging from 800 to 2000 square feet or single pieces.

Our Certificates of Insurance are on file with most high rise and commercial properties throughout the valley. We confirm with property management all moving plans including times, parking, elevator access and all requirements to protect the building. Masonite for tile and stone floors is provided at no additional cost.

Overtime rates apply for any commercial work that occurs between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Overtime is billed at time and a half (1.5) the normal hourly rate. Double time fees are charged for all work occurring on Sunday.

*TRIP CHARGE: The trip charge covers the time to get our crew to and from the move. It also covers the entire fuel expense, equipment rentals and taxes. Since the trip charge is based on the package you elect and the amount of equipment needed, we would request you call our office to determine the exact price.

$125/hour if a lead installer is required to join the crew to handle the following items:

  • Large items requiring mounting/unmounting like lighting, TVs and large art work.
  • Large items requiring bolting or screwing items to or from a wall or floor like cubicles, modular systems and safes.
  • Dis/reassembly of large custom furniture like built in cabinets, cash wraps, kiosks and executive desks.
